I'm having trouble with my order

  • How can I return an item?

    Most products shipped by Amazon can be returned up to 30 days after delivery for a full refund.

    Return shipping fees for product sold by Amazon will be viewable in the Returns Center when you select the shipping method for your return.

    Specific conditions may apply to Third Party sellers on Amazon, these are listed on the product page.

  • How can I cancel my order?

    To cancel an item:

    1. Connect to your Amazon account
    2. Go to your account page
    3. Click the “Your orders” button
    4. Click “Open orders” to view the status of all orders that you haven’t yet received
    5. Click “Cancel Items”
    6. Select the item(s) you would like to cancel
    7. Click “Cancel checked items”

    To cancel an entire order, follow the steps above and select all items.

    Note: Amazon Marketplace items can only be canceled within 30 minutes of placing an order. Returns can still be placed up to 14 days after delivery.

  • How can I track my order?

    Amazon tracks all orders. To do so:

    1. Connect to your Amazon account
    2. Go to your account page
    3. Click the “Your orders” button
    4. Click “Open orders” to view the status of all orders that you haven’t yet received.

Product information is inaccurate

  • The regular price is incorrect

    We try to keep all information on the site as accurate and up to date as possible.

    If the price has gone up, please notify us via our contact page so we can rectify it immediately.

    If the price has gone down, congrats: it looks like you are about to get a good bargain! Let us know on our contact page and we can spread the word to the rest of the Findd community!

  • The sales price is incorrect

    We try to keep information up to date, however Amazon sale prices change regularly. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    If a sale price has changed or a sale has stopped, you can notify us on our contact page and keep making Findd great!

  • The product which I was interested in is out of stock

     

    We try to keep you up to date on the availability of products featured on Findd, and it looks like you beat us to the punch…
